• AKTU ERP (erp.aktu.ac.in): The main portal. You need your enrollment number and password to get in. Use this for exam forms, fees, profile updates, and ABC ID linking.
• AKTU One View (erp.aktu.ac.in/webpages/oneview/oneview.aspx): This is just for checking results. No login, no password, no OTP drama. Just enter your roll number and you are done.

So if you only want to see your marks, do not waste time logging into the ERP. Use One View. It is faster and way less painful.

How to Log In Without Losing Your Mind

The login page looks simple, but it has a habit of acting up. Here is how to do it right:

1. Use a laptop or desktop. Seriously, stop trying this on your phone. Chrome or Firefox work best. Mobile browsers often hide the login button or the OTP box, and then you are stuck refreshing like an idiot.
2. Your User ID is your 11-digit enrollment number. Not your roll number. Not your phone number. Check your college ID card or any old admit card — it is printed there.
3. Password: If you have never changed it, the default is usually your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format. Change it the moment you get in.
4. OTP: It comes by SMS. If it does not show up within a minute, switch to email OTP. And please, do not hammer the resend button. Click it more than twice and the system locks you out for about half an hour.

1. Open erp.aktu.ac.in/webpages/oneview/oneview.aspx
2. Enter your roll number
3. Pick your year and semester
4. See your subject-wise marks, SGPA, and CGPA
5. Download the provisional marksheet PDF

That provisional PDF is fine for most things. But if you need something official — say, for a job application or higher studies — use the DigiLocker digital marksheet. It has the university’s digital signature and is actually verifiable. It shows up on DigiLocker a few days after results are out.

Exam Forms: Do Not Sleep on This

Exam forms open twice a year — roughly October-November for odd semesters and March-April for even semesters. Do not trust random WhatsApp forwards. Check the official AKTU site or your college notice board for exact dates.

Before the window opens, sort out three things:

• Clear all dues. Even a hundred rupees pending will block your exam form completely. The button simply will not show up.
• Make sure your course registration is done. Lateral entry students and branch changers often have incomplete registrations that only surface when you try to submit the form.
• Link your ABC ID. This is mandatory now. If it is not linked, some colleges will create problems with your form eligibility.

Carry-Over Papers (Back Papers)

4. Log into AKTU ERP, go to Student Profile > Academic Details, and paste that 12-digit number in the ABC ID field.
5. Save it. If your name matches the university records, it syncs within a day. If you get a name mismatch error, get it fixed through your college office or raise a correction request on DigiLocker.

Common Headaches and Quick Fixes

“I forgot my enrollment number.”

Check your college ID card, old admit card, or admission fee receipt. Still no luck? Go to your college exam cell — they can find it using your name and date of birth. Do not keep guessing and typing random numbers. Three wrong tries and your account gets locked.

“OTP is not coming and the deadline is today.”

Switch to email OTP on the login page. If your registered email is also dead, contact your college’s AKTU nodal officer. They can update your contact details the same day through the college admin portal. The university helpline? That takes one to two days. Too slow.

“It says ‘Session Expired’ right after I log in.”

This happens mostly on phones, or when you have a cookie blocker or VPN running. Use a desktop browser, clear your cache, turn off any ad-blockers or cookie blockers, and disable your VPN. Then try again.
